Rear Disc Conversion Kit

Comprehensive, all new kit, consisting of the following items:

2x Disc Brakes 4x100
2x Brake Calipers
1x Set Brake Pads
2x Stub Axles
2x Wheel Bearing Kits

This kit will work as an upgrade on the following vehicles:

MK1 Golf/Jetta
MK2 Golf/Jetta
MK3 Golf/Jetta
Passat B3/4
Ibiza/Cordoba 6K
Polo Classic 6K
MK1 Polo
MK2 Polo
MK3 Polo
MK4 Polo

MK1 Caddy (See Below)
MK2 Caddy (See Below)

On top of the above part's you will also need the following (model dependent)

Disc type Handbrake Cables, Or the cable extenders/spacers that we sell
Flexi Hoses
You will also need to upgrade your servo & master cylinder to a 22.2mm


For the MK1 & MK2 Caddys, you will also need to weld up the original holes on the axle end plates and then drill and re-tap them to suit the disc type stub axles. For the MK1 Caddy, we sell weld-on or bolt-on end plates to suit the stub axles. We also manufacture & sell brand new custom axles to suit your needs.
