These shackles will NOT lower your Caddy! They are used once the rear has been lowered to be able you to raise and give you an adjustable ride height.

On our original design they had 5 adjustment increments, whereas our new design has 6 increments. But also on top of that we have added a second hole at the spring end of the shackle giving you more versatility in the adjustment. This second hole enables you to fine tune the height of the rear of your Caddy better than ever before. So instead of just 5 holes set at +20 +40 +60 & +80mm You now have the option of 11 adjustments:
1. Std Height -2.5mm
2. Std Shackle height
3. +17.5mm
4. +20mm
5. +37.5mm
6. +40mm
7. +47.5mm
8. 60mm
9. =77.5mm
10. +80mm
11. +100mm
Extra Extended
These are our 8 hole option, which allow for even more height at the rear when needed, these give another 40mm in adjustment for a 20mm increase in height over our standard extended shackles
As with the original design, they are fully adjustable by simply utilising different bolt holes, when fitted to your Caddy, the above increments will be approximately halved, so +20mm will actually raise the Caddy by 10mm and +100mm will raise the Caddy by approx 50mm.

When will you use these Shackles?
You will use these to RAISE your Caddy after an "axle flip" (axle relocated to the top of the leaf springs. Please see our other listings), an axle flip will lower the rear of the Caddy between 100 & 120mm depending on the model. In some cases this is to low and the rear will need to be raised slightly, this is when to use these adjustable shackles.
Also these are useful when using your Caddy for Drag racing! In minutes you can raise the back up to the highest setting for better weight transfer by putting more weight over the front wheels.
