This part is one of the main structural parts of the Caddy tying in the cab to the bed & rear of the Caddy.

It is also the part the the rear leaf spring suspension turret is welded to.

Its all to common of the lower region of this panel to rot out as is at the lowest point of the Caddy and behind the turret itself.

This all ties in with the inner & outer sills.

These were never available from VW as an individual part
