Its all to common for your sump to hit the road or man hole covers when your VW has been lowered.

Which inevitably splits the sump pan which results in dropping oil all over the road and leaving you stranded!

These weld-on plates bash plates are made from 4mm laser cut & CNC folded steel.

When welded to your sump these dramatically reduce the chance of it splitting if hit!
